Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

Every piece is printed on demand by our production partner, Printful, after you order. Nothing is warehoused.

• Production: orders usually go into production within 2–7 business days.
• Delivery: shipping time depends on the method you pick at checkout. The options and rates you see come directly from Printful for your address.
• Cost: shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Tracking: you’ll get tracking details by email once your order ships.
• International orders: customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is marked delivered but never arrives, or is returned to us because of an address problem, email us and we’ll work it out with you. A reshipment caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout may require paying shipping again.

Returns & refunds

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size details before ordering.

If something arrives defective, damaged, or wrong (misprint, flaw, wrong size or color shipped), email us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You won’t need to send the item back.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once production has started, we can’t cancel the order.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the shop and ship your order. We don’t sell your personal information.

• Payments: checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; Broken Racket Labs never sees or stores them.
• Orders: your name, shipping address, email, and phone number are shared with Printful to produce and deliver your order.
• Join the Lab: if you sign up, your email address is stored with our email provider, Loops, and used only for Broken Racket Labs updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics: this site uses Metricool to measure visits in aggregate.
• Messages: if you email us, we use your message only to reply.
